After two years participating in group training at Orangetheory I herniated discs in my lower back. My doctor instructed me to discontinue the Orangetheory workouts and prescribed physical therapy in its’ place. I loved working out so I needed to find another way to do so safely. That is when I found Josh. He had worked with several people who had injured themselves working out incorrectly and set them up on a safe and productive exercise program. I have been working out with Josh for a year now and  I have gained overall strength without injuring myself. If for any reason I feel pain or I am uncomfortable with the daily workout he adjusts it immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the musculoskeletal anatomy. He is also just a really nice person who genuinely cares about his clients. I truly look forward to my challenging and rewarding weekly workouts.
